Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Neal Solomon is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Gemini. He is a prolific inventor and serial entrepreneur with a technology portfolio spanning artificial intelligence, semiconductors, imaging, databases, networking, robotics, bioinformatics, and medical devices. He holds scores of pioneering patents – about ten times more than a typical MIT professor – with thousands of forward citations from hundreds of technology companies – and has licensed high-value technologies to multiple multinational corporations.

Neal is the inventor of Gemini's extensive, patent-pending omnibus portfolio, which applies novel artificial intelligence and medical digital twins modeling technologies to biomedicine. He is a graduate of Reed College and the University of Chicago, completing graduate studies at 21. A native 3rd-generation Californian, he lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Farron Rucker serves as CTO, leading a cross-functional technology team of data scientists, product managers, and software engineers tackling real-world challenges across life sciences, biotech, and health tech. With a Master's in Technology Management, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and nearly 20 professional certifications in AI and advanced analytics, Farron combines strategic leadership with deep technical acumen.

He brings over a decade of experience designing AI systems and mission-critical infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies, universities, and defense sectors. His team is known for building scalable, resilient platforms that turn complex industry data into actionable insights, driving innovation and measurable impact across the organizations they support.

Team Growth

Gemini is actively building its leadership and operating team and expects to add vice-president–level executives and senior team members across technology, sales, marketing, business development, finance, legal, human resources, and research and development.

Compensation and benefits are commensurate with role and experience.

Locations

Gemini is headquartered in San Francisco, with planned expansions in Emeryville and Silicon Valley.
